  10. This latest version of LSX-MPEG Encoder contains some major

  24. 5) New "Edges" filter allows users to cover up edge garbage and noise 
  25.    that often accompanies source files captured from VHS

  75.     There is a help file included with the program that can
  76.     answer any questions you may have. Select HELP from the 
  77.     main window to see a table of contents of the help 
  78.     topics or choose the HELP INDEX for a search engine 
  79.     to find help on a specific topic.

  81.         After installing the Encoder, please review the Quick
  82.         Tutorial in the Help file. This will give you a good
  83.         familiarity with our application and get you up and
  84.         running with MPEG encoding quickly.

  90.  * Input frame size must be even size on both the vertical and
  91.    horizontal.  If frame is of odd size, it must be resized using
  92.    a video editing application.
  93.  
  94.  * Application does not support audio sampled at 8, 16, or 32kHz.
  95.    Use audio editing software to resample to 11.025, 22.05, 
  96.    44.1 or 48kHz.
  97.  
  98.  * Some players may not reflect accurate time/frame information if
  99.    MPEG output stream is not created with a fixed bitrate. 
  100.  
  101.  * Source files encoded with Microsoft's RLE codec will not import
  102.    and encode correctly.
